URBAN VILLAGE · LOUDOUN COUNTY

One Loudoun

Loudoun County's downtown. Walkable, social, and always something happening

One Loudoun was designed around a simple idea: park once, walk everywhere. The mixed-use community centers on Central Park Plaza, with restaurants, a movie theater, a bookstore, a hotel, and a fitness center all within a short walk of home — plus a farmers market and concerts that run through the summer. It's the closest thing Loudoun County has to a true downtown, and it draws a correspondingly social, active crowd.

Homes range from condos and townhomes to single-family residences, with HOA-managed exteriors that keep maintenance light for buyers who'd rather spend weekends at dinner than doing yard work. That mix, combined with the walkable lifestyle, makes One Loudoun especially popular with professional couples and empty-nesters — though its restaurants, entertainment, and events give it broad appeal well beyond that.
