Belmont's history runs deep. The manor house that now serves as the clubhouse dates to the late 1790s, but the community itself took shape when Toll Brothers built more than 2,100 homes here beginning in the late 1990s, organized into "villages" named for notable golf courses. The centerpiece is an Arnold Palmer Signature course, named a Best New Private Course by Golf Digest, along with five pools, seven tennis and pickleball courts, a modern fitness center, and dining at Lee's Table & Tavern.

Inside the gates, single-family estate homes routinely exceed $1.5 million; just outside them, townhomes and carriage homes offer a more accessible entry point while still qualifying for club membership and access. Belmont Chase, just beyond the gates, adds a Whole Foods and a strong restaurant lineup, and both One Loudoun and Lansdowne Town Center are a short drive away.
