Service Description

One of the most popular services I offer is a "Pre-Listing Conversation". The goal of this meeting is to tour your home and identify any issues that should be resolved prior to putting your home on the market. In these sessions, we often discuss questions like: - Should I consider professional staging? - Should I do any remodeling prior to listing (e.g. kitchen, bathroom, etc.) - I'm planning to paint one or more rooms -- what paint colors should I choose? - What is a likely range of potential listing prices? - Decluttering and de-personalization - Market timing. Based on market conditions, when would be the best time of year to list the property? Also, will my home show better in the spring, summer, fall or winter? Should we do a photo or video shoot now to make sure these assets show your home at peak appeal? Many clients tell me that these conversations have been incredibly valuable and helpful in reducing stress and preparing them for the future.
