In this session we will: - Review the overall process, step by step and begin framing a timeline for the sale. - Discuss and potentially decide upon a list price. - Tour your home and talk about staging, decluttering and address any other issues that we may wish to address before showings begin. - I will review the Listing Agreement with you and discuss compensation. - We will discuss procedures for showing your home and capture any special instructions you request. - We will potentially schedule a photo and/or video shoot as well as other marketing related topics
