Staged by Design

I met Leigh several years ago, while I was getting my Brokerage license at the Dulles Area Association of Realtors. By that point, I had worked with a few different stagers to help my listing clients get their homes ready to sell. Leigh came across as confident, yet very understated, with statistics to back why she makes the recommendations she does to help home owners improve the marketability of their homes. After working with her once, I’ve made it a practice to have her do a two hour consultation with each of my seller clients, to ensure they get an objective third party opinion from an experienced and qualified professional prior to moving forward with professional pictures. Some clients need a week to implement her recommendations while others require several months. Additionally, Leigh has a warehouse of furniture and artwork that she can bring to homes to make them really show like models. I created a brief video with her in 2022 after she helped me to stage a listing in Arlington.
