River Creek is a gated community of over 1,100 homes. This beautiful golf community is nestled at the corner of the Potomac River and Goose Creek, hence the name from "River" and "Creek"... River Creek!

Golf Membership fees are optional and separately managed by the the Golf Course owners, Club Corp. Some of the highest price sales are the Townhomes at River Creek, which might come as a surprise to anybody who doesn't know River Creek very well. But, as somebody who has been in many of the townhomes along the Potomac, this comes as no surprise to me!
