- BUYERS - getting prequalified by a good lender (not just look at your credit score online) is SUPER important - and you can talk to multiple lenders to shop rates and get a feel for customer service. Buyers need to be READY to put in an offer when the "right" listing appears. As you work on your financing with your lender, I'll work with you to get the property you want (and can afford!)
